What You'll Do
As a Customer Experience Manager at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Business Strategy: Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business strategies that drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase brand awareness.
- Client Excellence: Ensure that all team members deliver a top-level customer experience, proactively addressing and resolving any concerns related to vehicle quality and readiness.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, maintaining a high level of position satisfaction, providing continuous performance feedback, and ensuring adherence to arenaflex's policies and procedures.
- Brand Standards: Maintain brand standards through store maintenance, display area presentation, and cost control, while ensuring consistency with arenaflex's dress code and grooming standards.

- Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Leadership: Proven leadership experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
