Key Responsibilities
As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, your duties will include:
- Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
- Assisting customers with questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality and customer satisfaction
- Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site, and ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Utilizing technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
- Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring that all packages are accurately processed and stored
Physical Demands
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be required to perform physical labor, including:
- Lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Standing and walking during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
- Going up and down stairs (where applicable)
Work Environment
Our Amazon Locker+ retail locations are designed to be comfortable and welcoming spaces for our customers. You'll be working behind a counter, interacting with customers, and sorting packages in a climate-controlled environment. Depending on the location, you may be working in a Whole Foods Market, a freestanding location, a partner retailer, or even in the lobby of a warehouse.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Have the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English
- Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
