Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced full stack data engineer to join our team of data engineers at arenaflex. As a data engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data pipelines that support our business operations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, and data science, to drive data-driven decision-making and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and maintain large-scale data pipelines that support business operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and innovation
- Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and data lakes to support business intelligence and analytics
- Work with data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data systems and pipelines
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and reporting tools to support business decision-making
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data engineering and analytics
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, or related field
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Scala, Python, and SQL
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data lakes
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, or related field
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Strong understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence
- Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams
