Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing timely, accurate support to our customers. You will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand values and commitment to customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inbound calls and emails from customers, providing solutions to their queries and concerns
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely, professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Providing product and service information to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their benefits and options
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services, driving revenue growth and customer loyalty
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely, professional manner

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their benefits and options
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services, driving revenue growth and customer loyalty
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to arenaflex's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and other relevant laws and regulations

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer support or service role, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry

  • Knowledge of healthcare and insurance products and services, including Medicare and Medicaid
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
