Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, chat, and email
- Answering customer queries and resolving issues related to orders, products, payments, and website guidance
- Using various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions to communicate effectively with customers
- Working variable hours, including day, late, and overnight shifts, to match customer demand
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and provide seamless customer experiences
What We're Looking For
We're seeking individuals who possess:
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (both written and oral fluency)
- Experience working with a computer and familiarity with customer service software
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within our operating hours
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts, including early, late, weekend, and overtime as required
- Hard-working, articulate, and detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
