Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, chat, and email
  • Answering customer queries and resolving issues related to orders, products, payments, and website guidance
  • Using various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions to communicate effectively with customers
  • Working variable hours, including day, late, and overnight shifts, to match customer demand
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and provide seamless customer experiences

What We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals who possess:

  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (both written and oral fluency)
  • Experience working with a computer and familiarity with customer service software
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within our operating hours
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts, including early, late, weekend, and overtime as required
  • Hard-working, articulate, and detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
