Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in helping individuals navigate their pharmacy benefit plans. You will answer inbound calls, address questions about medication coverage, and provide solutions to ensure our clients have a better understanding of their benefits and options. Through your skills and knowledge, you will offer the support needed to improve their healthcare experience. You will have the opportunity to learn about healthcare, develop your skills, and explore new career opportunities within arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries about medication coverage, pharmacy benefits, and mail-order solutions

  • Provide solutions to clients to improve their understanding of their benefits and options
  • Collaborate with clients to resolve issues and concerns in a patient, supportive, and empathetic manner
  • Utilize computer-based applications to access client information and resolve issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

Required Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, customer service, hospitality, or military experience

  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong customer service skills, including phone etiquette and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment and adapt to changing technology
