Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing data-driven solutions to drive business growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and implement solutions, and measure the effectiveness of those solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct pre-and post-examination of business programs, key projects, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing initiatives to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth

• Investigate the execution of various pilot projects, following a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing)
• Maintain and update required tools and systems based on business needs, such as BPM or Course Planning models
• Identify errors, irregularities, and gaps in reporting and processes, and develop solutions to address them
• Proactively seek out patterns and trends in data to identify areas for improvement or opportunities for growth
• Support the development and improvement of arenaflex tools and systems to drive business growth and improvement
• Model business scenarios based on analyzed data and business needs
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed, and develop business cases and recommendations for business leaders
• Perform other related and assigned duties

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations, with a focus on analysis, modeling, or measurement
• Experience in Management Consulting or Design Thinking highly preferred
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
• Proficiency in other MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Visio
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of Financial and Operating Performance Reporting
• Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong change management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to exhibit entrepreneurial thinking to drive growth and improvement in overall business performance
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Preferred Qualifications

* Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, macros, and SQL

• Experience with statistical analysis using R or similar tools
• Knowledge of Edge Minder (Notable Intelligent Digger) or other data mining/sales reporting tools
• Knowledge of SharePoint
• Functional understanding of sales, delivery, warehouse, and production processes
• Project management or support experience
