Role Summary
We are seeking dedicated and meticulous individuals to join our remote team as Remote Chat Agents in our customer service live chat division. As a Remote Chat Agent, you will be responsible for managing live chat communications with customers, resolving customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, and maintaining confidentiality and security of customer data.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately input customer information into the database
