Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions
- Make a great first impression on the phone and in person, and foster a personalized and helpful experience for clients
- Determine the nature of objections and respond appropriately using active listening skills
- Be proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer needs
- Understand the importance of attention to detail and improve skills through practice
- Apply new knowledge or skills quickly and solve problems without being asked
- Enjoy working in a technical workplace and collaborating with our team of experts

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience
- Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals
- Strong PC and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman

- Experience working in a fast-paced technology-rich environment
- Knowledge of multiple industries and ability to learn technical and professional knowledge quickly
- Strong team collaboration and problem-solving skills
