Job Summary

As a Bilingual (Spanish and English) Licensed Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing expert customer service to clients' customers through inbound and outbound calls, online communications, and other channels. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve routine problems, and provide information regarding various client products and services. This role requires a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, a commitment to excellence, and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.

Responsibilities

* Actively listen to customers to identify their needs and preferences

  • Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing to ensure customers receive the best possible solutions
  • Process new and/or amended enrollments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure clients' customers enjoy authentic and positive experiences through personalized support and guidance
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, demonstrating a deep understanding of our clients' products and services
  • Work with both English and Spanish speaking customers, leveraging your bilingual skills to provide seamless support

Requirements

* 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Active Personal Lines or P&C resident license, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English, with a strong proficiency in both languages (test required)
  • High school diploma or GED, with a strong emphasis on customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to handle multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems, with a willingness to adapt to changing processes and procedures
  • Passion for helping others, with a patient and empathetic nature that can handle complex customer issues
  • Ability to pass a background check, with a valid U.S. address for residence
