Job Summary

We're seeking an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to respond to incoming contacts from consumers who have been victims of identity theft and consumer fraud. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, documenting consumer complaints into a secure database, and providing educational materials and referrals to help consumers resolve their issues. Primary Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to inbound calls from consumers who have been victims of identity theft and consumer fraud
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving consumer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Documenting consumer data into our secure web application
  • Providing education related to identity theft resolution, fraud prevention, and applicable federal laws
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of consumer issues

Minimum Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Excellent computer and typing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (arenaflex will provide support and guidance throughout the clearance process)
  • Availability to work a standard Monday through Friday schedule, with shifts from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST) or 6:00 am to 2:00 pm (PST)

Desired Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken)
  • Prior call center experience
  • Customer service experience
  • General knowledge of federal law
  • Professional resume that includes contact information (phone number and email address), as well as the contact information (phone numbers and physical addresses) of previous employers
