Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences: Engage with customers and patients, resolving issues and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Modeling Customer Service Best Practices: Share knowledge and expertise with team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Providing Efficient Checkout Service: Register sales on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested.
- Merchandising and Inventory Management: Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records.
- Asset Protection and Compliance: Implement company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss, and ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
- Display and Visual Merchandising: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise.
- Photo Services and Web Pick-up: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine.
- Store Maintenance and Cleanliness: Assist with exterior and interior maintenance, ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
- Special Assignments and Training: Complete special assignments and training as assigned by management or corporate.
Essential Qualifications
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage with customers and team members in a friendly, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution Skills: Ability to resolve customer issues and answer questions in a positive and professional manner.

Preferred Qualifications
* Previous Retail Experience: Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Knowledge of Store Systems and Equipment: Familiarity with store systems and equipment, including cash registers and inventory management software.
- Photography and Visual Merchandising Skills: Experience with photography and visual merchandising, including display construction and maintenance.
- Language Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages, preferably including English and Spanish.
