Job Description:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and merchants. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Your role will involve:

  • Providing mentorship to colleagues to improve their overall performance on all metrics
  • Demonstrating imagination and commitment to making moves to advance a positive workplace
  • Being an understudy of the business, seeking ways to develop and learn about the business
  • Making a positive impact on customer experience by inspiring the team to provide customer support and making working with us simple for merchants
  • Recognizing ways to improve and executing tasks to help efficiency and quality
  • Answering and addressing escalations from customers and merchants

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work effectively in a remote environment, managing time and prioritizing tasks

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or ability to perform data analysis
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, managing time and prioritizing tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a similar role at arenaflex or a similar company

  • Knowledge of the food delivery industry and its challenges
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages
