Licensed Adjuster, Claims Representative
Job Description:
- Handle customers auto claims and provide customer support
- Connect with customers via phone with initial notice of loss
- Assist customers with setting up vehicle repairs and rental cars if necessary
- Communicate with medical providers, law offices and other insurance providers to file claims
- Assist with overall claims process and next steps including working with assigned Adjusters, managers and follow-ups
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes
Requirements:
- Must possess an active home state Adjuster Insurance License
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems.
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
- College degree preferred but not required.
