[Hiring] General Clerk Representative @The Cigna Group
Role Description The primary function of this role is to support the Clinical team with administrative duties and to complete outbound calls to patients/MDO for designated programs. This role is responsible for:
- Making outbound calls to patients who are scheduled for a Clinical Assessment and to then transfer the patient to the Clinical Nurse.
- Making outbound calls to MDO for data collection.
- Faxing documents to designated recipients.
- Scanning documents into the patients profiles/drive.
- Adhering to quality and production standards while complying with all applicable company, state and federal safety and environmental programs and procedures.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Ability to work in collaboration with a team.
- Specialty Pharmacy/Call Center experience preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Suite (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).
- If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
