Responsibilities
- Develop customized fitness plans tailored to each client’s goals, fitness level, and health conditions
- Conduct live virtual coaching sessions focusing on proper technique, motivation, and progress tracking
- Educate clients on anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics to promote safe exercise practices
- Guide clients through group fitness classes and educational workshops to foster community engagement
- Utilize your sports coaching background to enhance performance and prevent injuries
- Promote fitness sales by encouraging program enrollment and upselling additional services or products
- Maintain detailed records of client progress, session notes, and program adjustments to ensure continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics essential for designing effective workouts
- Proven experience in personal training, group fitness instruction, or teaching physical education
- Familiarity with program design tailored to diverse fitness levels and health conditions
- Background in body building sports coaching or athletic training highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and educate clients remotely
- Ability to manage multiple clients efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
