Spring Intern - Talent Agency
DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for interns to assist our agency's day-to-day tasks. Interns can express interest in specific aspects of the agency they wish to concentrate in. However, Interns will handle various aspects of the industry, including:
- Submitting talent to national projects
- Communicating with industry professionals and agency roster
- Managing talent contracts
- Marketing
- Social media management
- Interns will report/get feedback from lead agents.
- *Educational Opportunities:**
• Become familiar with casting platforms and gain experience in submitting to major casting directors and agencies
- Gain experience in working in a fast-paced work environment
- Express creativity and ingenuity in free-flowing conversations surrounding operations and tasks
- Build a network with industry professionals, fellow interns, and team
- *Minimum Qualifications:**
• Knowledge of office management
- Computer proficient and excellent writing skills required
- Ability to articulate professionally on the phone and make phone calls to industry professionals
- Knowledge of the entertainment industry a plus
- Basic knowledge of using Google Drive and Google Workspace
- Excellent at multitasking, outgoing and assertive personality
- Knowledge of casting websites is a plus
- Commitment: 6 months minimum
- Intern hours range from 16-20 hours max per week. Flexible and remote availability
