Senior Product Management Analyst, Clinical & Customer Data
Job Description:
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and technology stakeholders to support execution of clinical and customer initiatives
- Assist in translating business objectives into structured requirements, dependencies, and execution artifacts
- Support identification and tracking of upstream data needs, source systems, and readiness required for downstream analytic activities
- Coordinate with engineering and data partners to maintain shared understanding of scope, timing, and dependencies
- Maintain organized documentation supporting governance, traceability, and delivery readiness
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and assist with backlog organization, requirement clarification, and execution tracking
- Prepare structured summaries, materials, and internal status updates for stakeholders
- Operate effectively within a complex, matrixed healthcare environment with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Requirements:
- 3+ years' of relevant experience in healthcare analytics, data analysis and technology product support
- Understanding of healthcare data and analytics concepts
- Intermediate experience with SQL and structured data environments
- Experience with enterprise analytics, workflow coordination, data dependencies and rules-based platforms
- Understanding of Agile & SDLC concepts in a delivery setting
- Exposure to product, care management and/or healthcare engagement initiatives
- Experience with requirement tracking
