Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) - Remote/Telehealth
Remote Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) $105,000–$120,000/year Work From Home New Graduates Welcome We're looking for a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner to join a growing care team: fully remote, supporting patients across Pennsylvania through virtual visits. This is a real work-from-home role with a fixed schedule: five 8-hour shifts, no nights, no weekends, no on-call. What You'll Do:
- Conduct virtual patient visits for primary and family care needs
- Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret labs and diagnostics
- Provide patient education, follow-ups, and care coordination
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
What We're Looking For:
- Active FNP certification (AANP or ANCC)
- Active Pennsylvania RN and CRNP license
- 1+ year of clinical NP experience preferred — new graduates welcome
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Strong communication and independent clinical judgment
