Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to our valued customers. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing accurate and efficient assistance to customers via various channels, including phone, email, chat, social media, and more.

Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' lives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via various channels (phone, email, chat, social media, etc.).
  • Processing and preparing mail and packages for shipping, including labeling, packaging, and arranging courier or postal services.
  • Providing accurate and efficient assistance to customers by identifying their needs and resolving their issues promptly and professionally.
  • Listening attentively to customer inquiries and providing appropriate solutions or alternatives within company guidelines and policies.
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors for further resolution and follow-up.
  • Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and other order-related tasks.
  • Making courtesy outbound calls to customers and recording any feedback provided.
  • Handling irate or upset customers in a calm and professional manner, aiming to de-escalate situations and provide effective solutions.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Bilingual - English/Spanish is required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of Call Center experience.
  • Must have experience with customer retention & customer acquisitions.
  • Utility experience a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional phone and email etiquette.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
