Work Schedule
We offer a flexible work schedule that allows you to balance your personal and professional life. Our ideal candidate is available to work the following shifts:
- Tuesday and Wednesday: 2:45 pm - 9:15 pm
- Saturday: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
- Sunday: 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Following our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty
- Engaging with clients, listening to their needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet their goals
- Turning every incident of client criticism into a story of great customer service, demonstrating your ability to think on your feet and respond with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and supportive work environment, driving employee satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- 5 years of retail sales experience, with a proven track record of selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients
- Customer service experience in a spa-like or similar environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional hospitality and execution
- Familiarity with modern office tools and systems, including scheduling and payment processing software
- A strong desire to create a positive work environment for employees and deliver exceptional experiences for clients
