Experienced Chat Moderator – Remote Community Management and Conflict Resolution Specialist

Job Description:
As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our online community remains a positive and engaging space for all users. This part-time, remote position requires a flexible and adaptable individual who can work independently and as part of a team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Moderating the chat of our official Discord server, which may involve:
+ Deleting messages that violate our community guidelines + Banning users who repeatedly break our rules + Muting users who have violated our community guidelines + Investigating reports from users about potential rule violations
- Collaborating with our team to develop and implement community guidelines and policies
- Providing excellent customer service and support to users who have questions or concerns
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management and conflict resolution
- Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure you're equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role
Pay and Benefits:
* Hourly rate: $12.50 per hour
- Pay cycle: Weekly, starting from Monday and ending on Sunday

Qualifications:
* Must be 18 years of age or older

- Knowledge of computer programming languages and software development
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Certification in conflict resolution or mediation
