Experienced Manager, Analytics – Paid Media Examination and Insights

Job Summary:

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Manager, Analytics to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for supporting our paid media examination capability, identifying key opportunities for growth and optimization, and driving business results through data-driven decision making. Key Responsibilities:

* Support the development and implementation of paid media examination capabilities to surface data-driven insights for the Chief Initiative group

• Collaborate with marketing teams to identify opportunities for improving the efficiency of paid media spend and develop strategies for optimization
• Design and implement data-driven experiments and analyses to inform business decisions and drive results
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and scorecards to track progress and drive accountability
• Create and communicate custom reports and analyses to inform business decisions and drive results
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of analytics insights

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science)

• 3+ years of experience in analytics or a related field
• Proven track record of analyzing complex data sets and driving business results through data-driven decision making
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to scope an issue, form relevant questions, and draw important inferences from data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex analytics insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g. R, Python)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science)

• Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling
• Familiarity with data management and warehousing tools (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud)
• Experience with agile project management methodologies
• Certification in analytics or a related field (e.g. Certified Analytics Professional, Certified Data Scientist)
