Job Summary

We're looking for a talented and customer-focused Teller and Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Woodsville branch. As a Teller and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer transactions, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

As a Teller and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Providing exceptional customer service and answering general questions
  • Cross-selling arenaflex's products and services to customers
  • Providing account services to customers, including account openings, closings, and maintenance
  • Balancing cash drawers and ATMs
  • Scanning teller transactions in preparation for electronic submission
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to use and learn computer-based systems, including arenaflex's banking software
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a banking or financial services environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

  • Knowledge of banking products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and investments
  • Experience with cash handling and balancing
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
