Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace using our user-friendly software. You will work closely with our team to generate leads, respond to customers via chat, and close sales. Key Responsibilities

* Advertise shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace and sell them using our user-friendly software

  • Respond to customers via chat, follow up with them, and encourage them to place an order
  • Close sales directly on the chat by sending invoices from our company's system
  • Assist customers who require phone support or assign leads to our closers to ensure a seamless sales experience
  • Utilize our software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales performance
