Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences through prompt, courteous, and efficient communication. You'll be responsible for answering incoming calls from patients and medical staff, placing outbound calls, and assisting patients with meal orders according to their prescribed diet. You'll also manage daily operations, including Meditech EHR, Food Service application, call center equipment, virtual phone, and other programs.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from patients and medical staff in a prompt and courteous manner

  • Place outbound calls to patients and medical staff as needed
  • Assist patients with meal orders according to their prescribed diet and enter them in the Food Service application
  • Manage daily operations, including:

+ Meditech EHR + Food Service application + Call center equipment + Virtual phone + Other programs

  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Work Environment and Schedule

* Work from home (WFH) opportunity with flexible scheduling options

  • Set schedules available may include 2 hours to 12 hour shifts, depending on schedule availability
  • Training would take place virtually and averages approximately 4 weeks
  • Must reside within the DFW area
  • Department hours of operation are 7 am to 7 pm, 7 days a week
  • 6 Department recognized Holidays, with CSRs required to work 4 of those days based on staffing

Qualifications

* High School Diploma/GED preferred

  • 2 years of customer service experience is preferred
  • Computer literacy and the ability to learn new programs quickly
  • High speed Internet
  • Private area to work

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to learn new programs and technologies quickly

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a healthcare setting or customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of Meditech EHR and Food Service application
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
