Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our client's customers. Your primary duties will include:
Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree or higher is preferred.
- Customer service experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field (call center experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
