What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Associate I, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering Inbound/Outbound Calls: Answer 40-50 calls daily, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.
  • Assisting with Payment Options: Assist customers with payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage information, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their options.
  • Discussing Customer Benefits: Discuss customer benefits such as Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR, helping customers make the most of our services.
  • Assisting with Mortgage Payments: Assist customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment, providing timely and effective support to prevent delinquency.
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What's Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 6 Months Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 6 months customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Call Center Experience: Previous call center experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Residency Requirements: Must reside within 60 miles of the office location.
  • Attendance Requirements: Attendance is required for the first 90 days of training, ensuring you're fully immersed in our comprehensive training program.
  • Availability: Must be available to work during business hours after training, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.

  • Previous Experience in Mortgage or Financial Services: Previous experience in a mortgage or financial services environment, with a deep understanding of mortgage payment processes and customer service best practices.
