Responsibilities

As a Customer Relations Representative, you'll play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing personalized service, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Establishing and nurturing customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up
• Conducting needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance options and identify opportunities for growth
• Developing leads, scheduling appointments, and marketing appropriate products and services to meet customer needs
• Collaborating with the State Agent team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and escalating concerns as needed
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to ensure accurate and informed advice to customers

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A current license to work in Arizona (requirements may vary depending on the specific State Agent team)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
