Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on our arenaflex Insurance Agency team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer inquiries and providing policy information in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with policy changes and updates, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to their coverage
  • Processing insurance claims and following up with customers to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
  • Collaborating with other agency team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Anticipating the needs of our customers and proactively offering solutions to meet their evolving needs

Qualifications
