We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative and Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team at arenaflex. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing data entry tasks, and supporting the overall efficiency of our business processes. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative and Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
  • Performing data entry tasks in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
  • Preparing information for data entry and ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Providing entry-level support for the data entry function, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Performing high-volume data entry work, including typing, faxing, and verifying data
  • Completing clerical functions and data entry jobs, including deleting data entry mistakes and making corrections
  • Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program strategies and ensuring timely data entry and file management
  • Operating data entry devices to perform a range of keypunching data entry and verification tasks
  • Reviewing and confirming data before entry, and performing daily audits and data entry adjustments
  • Training new data entry employees on our computer system and ensuring a smooth onboarding process

Essential Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
