Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Experience Banker to join our team in Kentwood, MI. As a Customer Experience Banker, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, growing customer relationships, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Be proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products, including savings accounts, checking accounts, and other banking services.
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners.
- Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership.
- Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
- Cash handling skills.
- Comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking services.
