Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative I/II at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, addressing their healthcare-related inquiries, and acting as a trusted advisor and educator on claims questions, finding doctors, and explaining benefits. Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to members by addressing their healthcare-related inquiries, including claims questions, finding doctors, and explaining benefits.

  • Act as a trusted advisor and educator, helping members navigate their healthcare needs and providing guidance on available resources and services.
  • Assist expectant mothers in finding the right healthcare providers and support members with serious health conditions, such as cancer, through empathetic and personalized support.
  • Collaborate with team members to solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction, leveraging your strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Participate in paid training programs and continuous learning opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest healthcare trends and industry developments.

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an automated customer service environment or equivalent education and experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to pass a validated language test/assessment.
