Workforce Scheduling

As a Part-Time Customer Service Support Specialist, you'll work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of our team and our customers. You'll be based in our Fayetteville, Arkansas location, where you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Summary

As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support and exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering telephone switchboard and greeting customers in a retail environment
  • Assisting the regional office team with administrative support functions
  • Providing administrative support, including handling incoming faxes, reporting, maintaining database, member correspondences, maintaining inventory supplies and marketing material, and orderly upkeep of retail store, supply closet, and hospitality area
  • Assisting customers with basic inquiries and needs, such as processing payments, taking messages, and directing calls
  • Logging service inquiries and documenting information relevant to the contact
  • Scheduling sales and service appointments for retail team members
  • Conducting initial research of service inquiries and forwarding for appropriate handling
  • Making deliveries to postal services
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum one (1) year customer service experience dealing with customers via telephone and in-person
  • Experience performing supportive functions in a customer-oriented environment
  • Proficient in general computer operations with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent customer service skills

* Security Requirements: This position is identified as level three (3). This position must ensure the security and confidentiality of records and information to prevent substantial harm, embarrassment, inconvenience, or unfairness to any individual on whom information is maintained. The integrity of information must be maintained as outlined in the company Administrative Manual.

  • Segregation of Duties: Segregation of duties will be used to ensure that errors or irregularities are prevented or detected on a timely basis by employees in the normal course of business. This position must adhere to the segregation of duties guidelines in the Administrative Manual.
