Responsibilities
As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an interpreter over the phone
- Handling high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service
- Delivering a highly satisfying customer experience, meeting or exceeding client expectations
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- Working collaboratively with the call center team to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic)
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven success in a previous customer service/call center position
- Ability to work remotely in emergency situations
