Job Summary

As a Live Chat Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing our live chat operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You'll be responsible for managing a team of live chat agents, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. You'll also analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase chat efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Team Management: Manage a team of live chat agents, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to ensure they're equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences. - Chat Quality and Compliance: Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and compliance with company policies, and take corrective action when necessary. - Data Analysis: Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase chat efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall service, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management. - Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to increase chat efficiency and customer satisfaction, and continuously evaluate and improve our live chat operations. - Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to live chat agents to enhance their skills and knowledge, and ensure they're equipped to handle complex customer issues.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. - Experience: Proven experience in managing live chat operations, preferably in a remote setting, with at least 8 years of experience in customer service and chat management. - Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team, and a proven track record of success in managing remote teams. - Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, agents, and other stakeholders. - Soft Skills: Energetic and hardworking personality traits, people management and creativity soft skills, and the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in chat management software and CRM systems, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
