Your Opportunity

As a Social Media Customer Service Specialist, you'll be part of an in-house marketing team responsible for cultivating a social media following and promoting the arenaflex brand. You'll use your exceptional communication skills to engage with our audience, develop a relatable company voice, and address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your ability to work independently, think critically, and prioritize tasks will be essential in meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to direct messages in multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Follow up on cases created in Salesforce to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a healthy communication with our clients through social media, addressing concerns and creating trust throughout all our social platforms
  • Utilize social media to maintain or build the arenaflex brand, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices
  • Communicate effectively with individuals and groups, both in writing and verbally, in both English and Spanish
  • Manage multiple platforms, including content management systems and email marketing best practices
  • Analyze data and gather insights to inform social media strategy and improve customer engagement
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results

Essential Qualifications

* Bilingual in Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience in customer service, preferably in social media customer engagement
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce, Excel, Social Studio, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently, think critically, and prioritize tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fast learner with a self-motivated and proactive approach

Preferred Qualifications

* One year of experience with Salesforce

  • Knowledge of content management systems and email marketing best practices
  • Basic fluency in Excel formulae and functions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
