Job Responsibilities
As a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming phone calls from existing and prospective clients, assessing their needs, and providing solutions as needed
- Collaborating with our sales team to rate new policies through our agency carrier portals
- Cross-selling products to existing clients to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
- Processing endorsements, such as vehicle additions and driver additions, in a timely and accurate manner
- Managing renewals on our existing book of business each month to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintaining detailed and accurate databases of client information using our agency management system
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- An active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty License
- At least one year of commercial insurance experience
- A college degree (preferred) or high school diploma (required)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
