The Role

As an arenaflex Mod Contractor, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects with top-tier clients, providing exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email. You'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering a world-class experience to customers and helping them navigate our clients' products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Provide Tier 1 level customer support via phone, chat, and email

  • Assist customers in resolving issues and answering questions about our clients' products and services
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues with web and mobile apps
  • Multitask in multiple browsers and browser tabs while handling customer communications
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to walk customers through the process of navigating a mobile app/website and downloading/installing an application
  • Provide a professional demeanor and show empathy in all customer interactions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements

* 1+ year of experience in customer support, preferably in a Tier 1 environment

  • Experience with Zendesk and other ticketing systems
  • Strong ability to multitask and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Reliable internet speed and service
  • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
  • Quality headset
  • Quiet workspace to take calls

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues with web and mobile apps

  • Familiarity with MSQ security software and 2FA app
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Mac, PC, iOS, Chromebook, Kindle Fire, and Android computers/devices and applications

Compensation and Benefits

* Hourly rate: To be discussed in the interview phase

  • Commitment: 20 hours per week, 60 days (as needed)
  • Language: English
  • Pay rates vary by client and are not negotiable. Rates will be disclosed during the interview process.
