Job Summary

As an Engagement Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in sharing our expertise and building relationships with nonprofits and small businesses in target markets. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outreach and education to nonprofits and small businesses on the benefits of arenaflex's solutions and services
  • Prospecting and closing new business opportunities in target markets
  • Helping nonprofits with their fund development strategies and providing guidance on resource allocation
  • Managing prospect presentations and participating in new client onboarding team activities
  • Serving as a client account manager for monthly check-ins, coordinating with the Synergy Team assigned to clients for reporting of deliverables
