Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, providing exceptional support to AT&T customers via chat. Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat and providing outstanding customer service
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and updating customer records
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with AT&T products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers

  • Working a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or work-from-home environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customers with patience and empathy
  • Proficient in computer and internet use, as well as software applications such as Microsoft Office
