Job Summary
We're seeking a part-time Airline Customer Service Attendant to join our team at arenaflex. Responsibilities
As an Airline Customer Service Attendant, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling processes
- Providing information regarding flight schedules, delays, and airport services
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
- Coordinating with other airline staff to ensure efficient operations
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace in accordance with safety standards
