Position Details

Schedule:

Monday – Friday with multiple shift options to accommodate your needs and preferences

Compensation:

Up to $40,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities to reward your hard work and dedication

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

Active Listening:

Use active listening skills to understand and address customer requests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Issue Resolution:

Resolve billing issues, manage policy changes, and assist with benefits filing to ensure that our clients receive the support they need.

Customer Satisfaction:

Upselling:

Offer additional products to enhance customer protection and meet their needs, with a focus on building long-term relationships and loyalty.

What We're Looking For

Education:

High school diploma or GED

Work Experience:

Solid work history (no more than four jobs in the last ten years)

Background Check:

Ability to pass a background check

Residency:

Residency in Florida is required

Skills:
