What You Will Be Doing

As an Experienced Entry Level Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate and helpful information in a timely and friendly manner
  • Assisting customers in making informed decisions and resolving their issues promptly
  • Communicating with customers in a professional and courteous manner, using active listening skills to understand their needs and concerns
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using our CRM system to track and analyze customer data
  • Staying up-to-date with product and service information, including new features and updates, to provide expert knowledge to customers
  • Following up on customer interactions to ensure that their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service they received
  • Collaborating with our team to share knowledge and best practices, and to improve our customer support processes and procedures

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through live chat software

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service information
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the team to improve customer support processes and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with live chat software and CRM systems

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
  • Experience working in a remote or call center environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English and Spanish preferred)
