What You Will Be Doing
As an Experienced Entry Level Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate and helpful information in a timely and friendly manner
- Assisting customers in making informed decisions and resolving their issues promptly
- Communicating with customers in a professional and courteous manner, using active listening skills to understand their needs and concerns
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using our CRM system to track and analyze customer data
- Staying up-to-date with product and service information, including new features and updates, to provide expert knowledge to customers
- Following up on customer interactions to ensure that their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service they received
- Collaborating with our team to share knowledge and best practices, and to improve our customer support processes and procedures
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support through live chat software
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date with product and service information
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer support processes and procedures
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
