We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our Melon Online Fulfillment Team as a Remote Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, navigating our clients through the features of our online platform, and escalating complex issues to our dedicated day teams. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers primarily through chat, providing expert support and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers through chat, providing expert support and navigating them through the features of our online platform.
- Triage general questions and needs, identifying situations for escalation to product support and/or a dedicated day travel manager.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience, with a warm handover in cases of escalation.
- Provide the first line of technical and travel support for Melon customers, responding to all initial chat conversations within strict SLA.
- Translate complex issues into simple messages, using impeccable written communication skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- At least 3 months of experience with arenaflex and Sabre.
- A proven track record of success and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- An interest in driving the technological advancement of the SME business.
- Change champion skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving needs of the customer, business, and market.
- Excellent listening and communication skills, with endless patience and high empathy.
- Impeccable written communication skills and the ability to translate complex issues into simple messages.
