As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers in a polite, professional, and friendly manner. You'll be the first point of contact for our passengers, and your role will be crucial in ensuring their travel experience is seamless and enjoyable.

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries, from booking and ticketing to rebooking and refunds. You'll also have the chance to work with our team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations
  • Rebook travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations
  • Perform passenger registration and front seat tasks, correct oversold seat tasks, and issue updates
  • Issue vouchers or coordinate with vendors for passenger hotel facilities, meals, and transportation; coordinate refuel and revive
  • Perform passenger loading, including ticket lift or ticket lift/confirmation
  • Work door reader/scanner and related tasks to include pre-boarding, observing/checking carryon items and departure line models
  • Work jetways/spans for purposes of boarding and deplaning passengers
  • Make boarding and flight door declarations
  • Convey domestic/global flight records
  • Perform passenger service flight close-out systems
  • Accept, check, and label passengers' baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters
  • Maintain schedule of flight loading process
  • Perform customer service hands-on training
  • Process and complete visa document exchanges at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations
  • Help passengers with self-service kiosk registration and booth items handling at ticket counters
  • Line up passengers at ticket counter stands and ticket counters
  • Clear/confirm international reports at booth in the ticket counter area and activation stations
  • Accept and activate passengers' self-labeled bags at activation stations
  • Help passengers requiring special assistance or in-station; assist boarding, deplaning, and shipping non-ambulatory passengers, special assistance passengers, or unaccompanied minors
  • Perform customer service work related to handling regional flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements or agreements
  • Have regular and predictable attendance on site, including fulfilling any required overtime needs
  • Answer and assist during security as well as emergency situations
  • Furnish connecting passengers with gate information
  • Provide quality customer service in a professional manner and according to arenaflex's standards
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards
  • Complete task applicable stages of training
  • Comply with applicable laws (e.g. DOT, FAA, TSA)
  • Utilize various internal resources/systems including during customer interactions
  • Wear uniform as required by company policy
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualifying individuals with disabilities.

Depending on your airport size, you may also be responsible for:

* Performing Passenger Activity Control capabilities including air to ground communication along with Peak capabilities

  • Help international passengers through customs/migration, including baggage reverify
  • Convey tickets, international flight records, and customs/migration forms

All You'll Need for Success

* Least Capabilities + Education and Earlier Professional training + Bilingual language abilities expected in certain areas + Relevant valid driver's license as required by local authorities + Should meet FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access badges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable + Should be able to obtain proper airport power or US Customs security identification, if relevant + Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, extensive personal investigation or fingerprinting to meet company and security requirements + Should be eligible to work in the U.S.

  • Favored Capabilities

+ Education and Earlier Professional training + Working knowledge of Saber or other Passenger Service System + Past face-to-face Customer service experience + Working in a high-speed environment
