Job Responsibilities:

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the execution of less experienced Customer Service Agents, new or upgraded services, and procedural changes, and ensuring the overall effectiveness of the team
  • Providing input and presenting plans to improve or implement processes and tools with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Performing complex customer service tasks, including handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chats
  • Providing topic expertise and translation of procedures to less experienced Customer Service Agents, and guiding them to meet defined efficiency and performance objectives
  • Collaborating with the team and communicating with various departments
  • Suggesting areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Interacting with internal and external clients, including resolving customer complaints and concerns
  • Utilizing various systems to research and resolve issues with customer addresses on statements

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • 4+ years of experience in customer service, financial services, or contact center operations, or a combination of education and experience
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with Microsoft Access and other software applications
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and search tools to find information

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, with a focus on customer satisfaction
