Responsibilities

As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving, researching, and resolving inquiries, complaints, and requests from customers: You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and you'll be responsible for responding to their inquiries, resolving their complaints, and addressing their requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Researching, analyzing, and making changes to customer account information: You will be responsible for researching and analyzing customer account information to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections. This may involve making changes to customer account information, correcting errors, and updating records as necessary.
  • Correcting errors on customer accounts, billing data, or metering data: You will be responsible for identifying and correcting errors on customer accounts, billing data, or metering data to ensure accuracy and compliance with arenaflex's policies and procedures.
  • Establishing new accounts and marketing and administering services and programs: You will be responsible for establishing new accounts, marketing and administering services and programs, and ensuring that customers are aware of their options and benefits.
  • Preparing various entries, reports, and statistics as required: You will be responsible for preparing various entries, reports, and statistics as required to support arenaflex's business operations and customer service initiatives.
  • Applying credit policies in accordance with arenaflex's policies and procedures: You will be responsible for applying credit policies in accordance with arenaflex's policies and procedures to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections.
  • Researching and responding to customer inquiries regarding payments, account balances, and usage patterns: You will be responsible for researching and responding to customer inquiries regarding payments, account balances, and usage patterns to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with arenaflex's policies and procedures.
  • Initiating and completing appropriate and timely field orders and investigations as requested by customers: You will be responsible for initiating and completing field orders and investigations as requested by customers to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues.
  • Processing, directing, and dispatching field personnel to complete field orders and requests: You will be responsible for processing, directing, and dispatching field personnel to complete field orders and requests to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues.
  • Handling customer outage contacts and entering trouble orders as needed: You will be responsible for handling customer outage contacts and entering trouble orders as needed to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues.
  • Performing cashiering duties, including accepting payments and preparing bank deposits: You will be responsible for performing cashiering duties, including accepting payments and preparing bank deposits to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
  • Conducting daily operations of business offices in the absence of a supervisor: You will be responsible for conducting daily operations of business offices in the absence of a supervisor, following established policies and procedures to ensure continuity of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Informing customers of water ordering and delivery procedures and terminology: You will be responsible for informing customers of water ordering and delivery procedures and terminology to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction.
  • Maintaining and filing customer information and records accurately: You will be responsible for maintaining and filing customer information and records accurately to ensure compliance with arenaflex's policies and procedures.
  • Coordinating work with internal departments to accomplish tasks: You will be responsible for coordinating work with internal departments to accomplish tasks and ensure timely and accurate completion of customer requests.
  • Assisting other representatives and performing other duties as assigned: You will be responsible for assisting other representatives and performing other duties as assigned to ensure effective and efficient customer service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish: You must be fluent in both English and Spanish to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Experience as a Customer Services Representative, Customer Services Representative Trainee, Administrative Clerk, or General Clerk, or equivalent experience: You must have experience in a customer service role, preferably in a utility or customer service environment.
  • Ability to tactfully converse with customers and employees: You must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with customers and colleagues to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong listening, analytical, and interpersonal skills: You must have strong listening, analytical, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues and resolve issues.
  • Ability to read and interpret customer account information and adhere to policies and procedures: You must be able to read and interpret customer account information and adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely billing and collections.
