Position Overview

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to child support clients across the state of Ohio. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming calls in a timely manner and responding to client inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
• Providing callers with clear and concise information about their accounts, policies, and procedures
• Effectively redirecting callers to the appropriate area or agency when necessary
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of procedures and systems to ensure seamless service delivery
• Communicating client concerns and feedback to management to drive continuous improvement
• Researching and processing all correspondence received by email, fax, and mail
• Possessing excellent customer service skills, including tact, patience, and courtesy
• Exhibiting the ability to diffuse upset customers and deliver bad news effectively
• Handling high call volumes with ease and maintaining a high level of productivity
• Demonstrating strong oral and written communication skills
• Working under pressure and effectively multi-tasking between calls and correspondence

Required Experience and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• At least one year of prior experience in an area of service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or a related field
• Proficiency in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
• Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to work with diverse populations and handle high-pressure situations

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
• Familiarity with child support or human services industry
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with data entry software and systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
