The Role
As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing quick and accurate assistance to customers visiting our clients' websites. You'll be responsible for engaging with visitors online, addressing their questions and concerns, and ensuring a positive experience during their online interactions. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from home while maintaining a professional demeanor and a positive attitude throughout your interactions.
Key Responsibilities
• Answer Incoming Customer Live Chats: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information regarding website navigation, services, and general client concerns.
- Evaluate Customer Interactions: Assess customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary.
- Create Relationships with New Customers: Develop relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs.
- Respond to Customer Questions and Inquiries: Provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions, requests, and problems.
- Promote Interest in Client Products and Services: Engage with customers to promote interest in client products and services.
- Maintain a Positive and Professional Image: Continuously portray and project a positive and professional image in all interactions.
- Provide Administrative Support: Assist the customer service team with administrative tasks and provide support as needed.
- Assist with Overflow Work and Other Duties: May be required to assist with overflow work and other duties as needed.
Requirements
• Strong Work Ethic: Possess a strong work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and within a team-oriented environment.
- PC Keyboarding and Internet Experience: Have experience with PC keyboarding and internet usage.
